The first of our projects to be located outside the Colombo district in Sri Lanka, Millennium City Kurunegala is within  Kurunegala municipal limits. One boundary of the area is the Andagala Rock in Kurunegala which is famous for its ecological and historical values.

The township will be equipped with all facilities including recreational activities, sports facilities, landscaped parks, access roads and security. The total township will consist of 176 houses.

Millennium City Kurunegala will have different house types for you to choose from. Depending on your individual style and particular needs you can pick a Paradis, Olympus, Tulip or Orchid home.
